PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC data storage device which can be made compact as a whole, which reduces the number of operating buttons, whose operability is enhanced, which is easy to use even by a visually handicapped person, which can be always carried, which is used widely and which has a function as an individual data bank. SOLUTION: This IC data storage device is of a watch type. A microphone 3 for voice input and a loudspeaker 4 for voice output are built in. Data is input and output by a voice by using a voice recognition and synthesis technique, and the number of buttons is reduced. In addition, a display driver IC, a voice recognition and synthesis IC, a data processing IC, a memory IC and an input/ output IC are put together so as to make the IC data storage device more compact. |
