PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the execution of a drain pipe, dispensing with boring work at a construction site and to prevent the drain pipe from getting in the way in using the interior of a cabinet as a storage part. SOLUTION: A member constituting the bottom face part of a rear part in a cabinet 2 provided with a sink 1 is divided in a plurality of divided covers 3 in the breadth direction of the cabinet 2. A drain pipe through clearance 4 is formed between the adjacent divided covers 3. A drain pipe 5 led into the cabinet 2 from the sink 1 is passed through the drain pipe through clearance 4. The drain pipe 5 is inserted through a hole provided in a seal plate 6, and the drain pipe through clearance 4 is shielded with the seal plate 6.
