PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the life of a moving blade driving motor by alternately driving moving blades of a plurality of movable blade pumps in the case where moving blade openings of a plurality of movable blade pumps operated in paral lel with each other are changed and controlled per cointrol cycle according to a demanded flow quantity. SOLUTION: In a moving blade opening command unit 14, moving blades of a plurality of movable blade pumps are alternately driven in the case where moving blades of a plurality of movable blade pumps Pa, Pb which are operated in parallel with each other, according to a circulating quantity of absorbing liquid which is necessary per control cycle. It is thus possible to reduce the frequency of on/off operation in the moving driving motor, it is possible to extend the life oif the moving blade driving motor, and it is also possible to reduce energy loss generated by the on/off operation. In the case where there are three movable blade motors which are operated in parallel with each other, those control methods are the same, and control is performed so as to drive the moving blades of the movable blade motors in turns and in order.
