PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data record control apparatus allowing information (unified) concerning subject matter stored on a unified tape to be easily read and utilized and usable for quickly and smoothly making programs. SOLUTION: A unified list edition screen 500 has a unified list indicator 501 for indicating unified information every item. At the upper side of the indicator 501 are shown a list name column 511 of the unified list shown on the unified list indicator 501, a broadcast date column 512, a subject matter number column 513, and an FD button 530 for executing a later described unified information copy step. At the lower side of the indicator 501 are shown a delete button 525, an insert button 526, an add button 527 and a move button 528 for editing the unified information as desired.
