PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly process a silver halide photographic sensitive material, using a small amount of processing solution. SOLUTION: In an image-forming apparatus 10, a silver halide photographic sensitive material 40 is processed making the irreducibly minimum amount of a hydrogen peroxide-containing processing solution which does not substantially contain a color developing agent to stick, an alkaline processing solution or a post-processing solution on only the face 40A of the sensitive material 40 with disposed photographic constituent layers including a layer containing a reducing agent for coloring with a processing solution imparting means as a noncontact coating means. The wastage in the processing solution or the post-processing solution is eliminated, and drying of the sensitive material 40 is carried out rapidly.
