PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing program capable of processing three-dimensional image data and performing the dynamic analysis of an object, and an image processing method. SOLUTION: The image processing program comprises: the step of dividing an extraction object area in each of two or more pieces of three-dimensional image data obtained in a time sequential manner; and the step of obtaining the displacement amount of the plurality of divided extraction object areas. Also, the step of dividing the extraction object area comprises: the step of obtaining a maximum pixel value in the three-dimensional image data; the step of setting a prescribed pixel value smaller than the maximum pixel value; and the step of dividing the three-dimensional image data into two or more pieces of two-dimensional image data, selecting one of them, performing successive scanning from either one side of the selected two-dimensional image data, determining a pixel turned to the prescribed pixel value or larger as a start point, and in the case of judging that the pixel value in the pixel adjacent to the pixel to be the start point is the prescribed pixel value or larger, repeating judgement similarly for the pixel value of the pixel adjacent to the pixel further.
