PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chest pressing structure which prevents failure of expansion of the elastic chest pressing structure and can do cardiac massage smoothly. SOLUTION: A chest pressing structure 1 which massages the heart by dint of applying or removing pressure with a structure that can be expanded or shrunk by compressed fluid by dint of using a sheet-shaped object is composed of plural steps type bag structure whose steps are more than two. In addition, there is provided a spacer 3 for preventing inner wall faces of the bag structure from adhering each other on an inner space of at least one of the plural steps type bag structure. The structure is composed of plural steps type bag structure whose steps are more than two and there is provided a guiding member to guide compressed fluid in an inner space of at least one step of the plural steps type bag structure.
