摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of solid phase synthesizing reaction by which a polyamine capable of being taken out by an easy operation is produced at high charging efficiency by reacting and connecting primary amino groups of a polyamine having the primary amino groups with/to a specific solid reaction carrier, and chemically reacting the not-connected amino group. SOLUTION: Primary amino groups of a polyamine having the primary amino groups are reacted and connected with/to a solid reaction carrier of the formula (PA is a polymer solid phase), and at least one amino group without the connected amino groups is chemically reacted to carry out a solid phase synthesizing reaction of the polyamine. The taking out of the reaction product from the solid phase reaction carrier after finishing the solid phase synthetic reaction is readily carried out under an acidic condition, and the pure reaction product can be obtained only by distilling off a solvent. By utilizing the method, a spider toxin HO-416b compound of formula III can be synthesized from the polyamine of formula II (Ns is 2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl) by using Ns as a protecting group.</p>
