PURPOSE: A composition containing soluble pearl powder ingredients for preventing and treating bone metabolic diseases is provided to enhance osteoblast activity and to reduce bone loss. CONSTITUTION: A pearl powder and soluble pearl composition dissociated from pearl powder prevents bone disease and regenerates bone. A biocompatible composition which is needed in regeneration of teeth and alveolar bone contains the pearl powder and soluble pearl composition. A health food supplement and drug for preventing and treating bone diseases contains the pearl powder and soluble pearl composition. A drink for preventing bone diseases and maintaining health bone contains the pearl powder and soluble pearl composition. A method for dissociating the soluble pearl composition from pearl powder comprises: a step of suspending pearl powder in 500mg/ml of water and stirring for 12 hours; a step of centrifuging at 5,000rpm for 20 minutes; and a step of filtering supernatant with 0.22um filter.
