USE OF ISOCYANATE IN PRODUCTION OF HIGHLY VISCOUS SELF- ADHESIVE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high temperature-melted pressure-sensitive adhesive using one or more kinds of non-thermoplastic elastomers as bases. SOLUTION: This high temperature-melted pressure-sensitive adhesive uses one or more kinds of non-thermoplastic elastomers as bases. The pressure- sensitive adhesive comprises at least 100 pts.wt. non-thermoplastic elastomer, 1-200 pts.wt. one or more kinds of tackiness-providing resins and one or more kinds of polyfunctional isocyanates not containing a blocking agent. The pressure-sensitive adhesive contains a reactive isocyanate group in an amount of 8 mmol to 5 mol based on 1 kg non-thermoplastic elastomer used.
