PURPOSE: An electrophotographic developing machine and a control method for a transfer voltage and a fusing temperature of the machine are provided to transmit a transfer voltage and a fusing temperature proper to a state of a paper by sensing a size of the paper and the toner sticked on the paper. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a transfer voltage and a fusing temperature of an electrophotographic developing machine includes the steps of picking up a paper from a paper supply cassette as a printing instruction is carried out(S310), sensing a surface state and a size of the paper for transmitting an electric signal to a control part(S320), determining whether toner is sticked on the paper with reference to the electric signal transmitted from the sensing part and measuring the size of the paper by comparing a size of a standard paper preset in the control part with the paper size sensed by the sensing part(S330-S350), and transmitting a transfer voltage and a fusing temperature for the size measured paper to a transfer roller and a fusing roller(S360), wherein a transfer voltage and a fusing temperature for a new printing paper of the measured size is transmitted to the transfer roller and the fusing roller if the picked up paper is a new paper of which both surfaces are clean.
