PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer tube with high reliability as a pressure container for suppressing heat deformation and generation of oxide film, unnecessitating highly dimensional accuracy for a portion to be forcibly fed and a falling prevention structure without worsening yield, increasing portions to be cut and being affected by generation of cavities. SOLUTION: This method comprises a process for preparing an aluminum alloy tube manufactured by an extrusion or a drawing, a process for molding a bottomed tube 31 by closing one end part of the tube by plastic working, a process for fixing the bottomed tube 31 within a mold 61 forming cavities 71 corresponding to the shapes of various kinds of attachments; and a process for making molten metal of aluminum alloy flow into the mold 61 and integrally molding various kinds of attachments on the bottomed tube.
