PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility of faraway place in the own car lane side in a headlamp for a vehicle formed, so that low-beam irradiation is performed with a luminous intensity distribution pattern having a horizontal cutoff line and an oblique cutoff line. SOLUTION: An upward deflection reflecting element 20s1 for radiating the beam to a space nearly over an oblique cutoff line CL2 is formed in the peripheral edge of the oblique cutoff line forming area 20a2 side of a reflecting surface 20a of a reflector 20. A luminous intensity distribution patter P1, having high luminous intensity and a small size, is formed in a space nearly over the oblique cutoff line 20s1. |
