The present invention relates to an antenna monitoring device and a system, and is designed to monitor the posture of an antenna installed on a cradle, and the frequency, strength, direction, etc. of a signal radiated from the antenna, and to perform an appropriate measure for the antenna depending on the monitoring result. The present invention provides the antenna monitoring system comprising: a plurality of antennas installed on a plurality of cradles; and a plurality of antenna monitoring devices which are installed on each of the upper surfaces of the plurality of antennas and monitor each of the plurality of the antennas. At this time, the antenna monitoring device comprises: a posture sensing sensor, a location sensing module, a camera, an RF signal sensor, a communication unit and a control unit. The posture sensing sensor is configured to sense and output the posture on the space of an antenna. The location sensing module calculates and outputs the installation position of an antenna by receiving a GPS signal. The camera is installed in the direction in which an antenna faces, and outputs an object by taking a photo of an object located in the direction where the antenna faces. The RF signal sensor senses and outputs the frequency, strength or direction of the RF signal radiated from an antenna. The communication unit performs a communication with a control device or a management device. In addition, the control unit transmits the state information of the antenna received from the posture sensing sensor, the location sensing module, the camera and the RF signal sensor to the control device or the management device through the communication unit.
