PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve pavement which has high early strength and excellent durability by applying a self-curing cold asphalt mixture as a basic layer, and applying thereto a hardening resin impregnated curing cold asphalt mixture as a surface layer. SOLUTION: A self-curing cold mixture for use as a basic layer is a cold curing material which is cured by using a reaction of an added component, represented by a reaction of a metallic component such as calcium hydroxide with an organic component such as unsaturated fatty acid. This self-curing cold mixture is applied as the basic layer, and an immediate curing and highly durable cold mixture is provided on the basic layer as a surface layer to be combined with the basic layer. The surface layer is formed of a hardening resin impregnated curing cold asphalt mixture. Thus, a problem of curing failure of the cold mixture of the basic layer due to impregnation of the hardening resin of the surface layer can be solved. Further, the strength which is almost equivalent to that of pavement obtained by impregnating the entire layer with the hardening resin can be realized. Therefore, the durability of cold recovered pavement is ensured, and the used amount of an expensive resin can be reduced, resulting in reduction of recovering construction costs.
