The production of a honey based liquor consists of centrifugation at ambient temperature of a mixture of glucose syrup, bee honey, Gay-Lussac scale 96.3 degrees rectified molasses alcohol, grape peel liquor and dechlorinated purified water. The process is carried out in a stainless steel vessel.
