摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the operational state of a moving vehicle at a corner part of a track by requesting a managing device to emergently stop other moving vehicles if not position plate can be detected within a certain period after a position plate sensor detects one position plate. SOLUTION: A moving vehicle in a travel which has recognized a corner part temporarily stores the value of a position table advance pointer (S11). The mount is set to zero and counting is carried on (S12). When the counted time reaches a previously set time (S13), the value of the position table advance pointer at this time is compared with an obtained value of the position table advance pointer (S14). When both the values are equal to each other (S15), it is recognized that the moving vehicle itself travelling a corner is stopping and the managing device is informed of stop request information requesting the stop of other moving vehicles (S17). The managing device gives a stop instruction signal instructing the stop to all other moving vehicles which are traveling.</p>
