PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system capable of providing an additional service, which is not included in acquired information data, to a client by adding information, can execute the additional service and is interpretable for the client, to information acquired from a server. SOLUTION: A control part 42 of a relay server 41 converts information data 61 acquired from a server 31. According to setting corresponding to the environment of a client 21, the control part 42 extracts specified information from the information data 61. Additional information such as script program 61 for executing the service on the side of the client 21 or link information for accessing the other server is added to these information data 61. Besides, the relay server 41 preservers the converted information data 63 in a cache information table 43 as cache information. The client 21 displays the acquired information data 63. Thus, a service program 23 of a telephone call origination service or the like can be started.
