PURPOSE: A motor is provided to improve the reliability of a device which employs the motor by obtaining a stable rotational force when the motor is rotated at a high speed and improving the efficiency of the motor CONSTITUTION: A disc is positioned on the outer peripheral surface of a hob. A sleeve is engaged with the inner peripheral surface of the hob. Bearing surfaces are formed on the upper and lower inner peripheral surface of the sleeve. A dynamic pressure generating means slidably and rotatably supports the hob with which the sleeve is engaged. The dynamic pressure generating means constantly maintains the air pressure between the bearing surfaces which is generated when the sleeve and the hob is rotated. An oil is interposed between the bearing surfaces formed on the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve.
