<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength, the productivity, and the appearance by forming a hollow container mainly consisting of pulp, providing no joints in a body part, setting the size of a transverse sectional shape of the body part to be larger than that of an opening part, and smoothing inner and outer surfaces, respectively. SOLUTION: A hollow container 10 mainly consists of a pulp, and an opening part 11, a body part 12 and a bottom part 13 are formed cylindrical. No joint by attachment is provided in the body part 12, and between the body part and the bottom part 13. The strength of the hollow container 10 is improved thereby, and the appearance is improved. Inner and outer surfaces of the hollow container 10 are formed smooth. When a plastic layer or the likes is formed on the inner and outer surfaces, the close attachment to these components is improved, and the printing or the like on the outer surface is easily and beautifully executed. The mean roughness (Ra) on the center line the uneven shape on the surface is set to be 50μm or less, and the maximum height (Ry) is set to be 500μm or less, respectivery.</p> |
