PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust gaps created between an attachment, a link, and a pivot portion with a movable arm without removing a pin. SOLUTION: Upper ends of first and second links 5, 7 and a rotating means 10 are directed to the right and left, and one end portion sticks and contacts a side surface of either right or left at first or second links 5, 7 and pivoted in a rotatable manner by a pin 8 prohibited to pull out. At the other end portion of the pin 8, a cap-shaped pushing member 14 sticking and contacting to the side surface of the first and second links 5, 7 is secured with a bolt 15 through shims 17 inserted in a detachable manner between its inner end surface and the end surface of the pin 8.
