PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit of a voltage driving element which can cope with cutting-off of a connection line connecting the drive circuit with the voltage driving type element and coming-off of a connector, and can constitute the drive circuit by using a circuit element wherein a temperature allowable range becomes a problem, in the drive circuit of the voltage driving element. SOLUTION: A drive circuit 14 of a voltage driving element like a MOS transistor is constituted of two circuits, i.e., a pre-stage drive circuit 11 and a post-stage drive circuit 12. A circuit element wherein a temperature allowable range becomes a problem is arranged in the pre-stage drive circuit 11, a voltage drive element 13 whose temperature becomes high is arranged in the post-stage drive circuit 12 side, and the pre-stage drive circuit 11 is connected with the post-stage driving circuit 12 by using a power source line (+), a signal line (S) and a ground line (-). When a circuit is cut by cutting-off and coming-off of each of the connection lines, the voltage driving element 13 is automatically turned off. |
