PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for forming grinding a deformed punch to simplify a forming process of a punch even by an unskilled worker and beside be convenient to handling and light in weight and high in a function. SOLUTION: A jig for forming grinding a deformed punch comprises a means 2 to hold a work in a machining position; a means to set the rotation position in an axial direction of the work to a machining position by an index machine 3 graduated at equal intervals; and a means 7 to support the under side of the work held in the machining position.
