PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure conductivity of both metal plates, to reduce cost and to improve workability by dispensing with a huge coating equipment and additional work for connecting an earthing conductor or the like after the assembly by a rivetting. SOLUTION: This conductive rivet 5 is inserted in through-holes 3, 4 of two upper and lower metal plates 1, 2 provided with coated films 1', 2', to fasten both metal plates 1, 2. In this case, protrusion streaks 12 breaking the coated film 2' of at least the lower metal plate 2 to abut on the lower metal plate 2 are formed at the peripheral surface of a shank part 6, and protrusions 13 breaking the coated film 1' of the upper metal plate 1 to abut on the upper metal plate 1 are formed at the lower face of a head 7.
