PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone set which easily retrieves telephone numbers requiring redialing from the call history of originated telephone numbers with less labor. SOLUTION: If a telephone number is displayed on a display panel (S120-Y) when a speech start key is operated (S110-Y), the displayed telephone number is stored as redial data. If a set key is operated (S150-Y) before the operation of a speech end key (S140-N), a discrimination flag F corresponding to the telephone number stored as redial data is set. In the case of redial operation, a display mode where only data for which the discrimination flag F is set is taken as the retrieval/display object can be selected besides a mode, where all redial data is taken as the retrieval/display object, and thus required telephone numbers are retrieved easily from limited redial data.
