PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag wherein a takeout port is automatically opened only by unsealing the packaging bag along an expected unsealing line provided on the bag in advance in order to remove contents which have been sealed under vacuum or deaerated conditions from the bag. SOLUTION: The packaging bag 1 is sealed along peripheries by hot-bonded portions 10 under vacuum or deaerated conditions. In this case, at least one recess 3 is formed to intersect with an expected unsealing line 11 for unsealing the packaging bag in order to remove contents received in the bag 1 on an internal surface side of a side wall 2 of at least one of both side walls forming the bag 1.
