<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously make many points irradiated by one light source without providing a mechanical driving part by arranging a partial transmitting mirror and a full reflection mirror at the opposite positions, reflecting beams emitted from a point light source between the mirrors and extracting a plurality of transmitting beams from the partial transmitting mirror. SOLUTION: A partial transmitting mirror P1 and a full reflection mirror P2 are arranged at an angleθαat the opposite positions with a interval. An beams L0 emitted from a point light source are made incident on the mirror P1 at a prescribed angle Iθ1 with respect to a normal line ML1. A part of the beams L0 as beams Lt1 is transmitted at an angle Tθ1 with respect to the line ML1 through the mirror P1, and the remaining beams are partially reflected on the mirror P2, becoming beams Lp21 and being made incident on the mirror P1 again. Subsequently, transmitting beams Lt2 to Lt5 are obtained by repeating transmission and reflection, and many points are simultaneously irradiated with a light from the point light source.</p> |
