PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated ceramic capacitor, which can reduce the variation of its capacitance with respect to temperature and which can improve reliability by suppressing the occurrence of cracks in a surface-mounting process. SOLUTION: A laminated ceramic capacitor is composed of a capacitor main body 1, which is formed by alternately laminating a plurality of dielectric layers 3 and a plurality of internal electrode layers 4 upon another and a pair of external electrodes 2 provided on both end faces of the main body 1. Voids 5, having thicknesses which are nearly equal to those of the internal electrode layers 4, are formed between the external electrodes 2 and the front end of at least one internal electrode layer 4.
