<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up a tomographic image under a proper imaging condition. SOLUTION: An x-ray tube, a two-dimensional X-ray detection part 2 and a specimen M are set to desired positional relation to take a two-dimensional perspective image and a tomographic image. The two-dimensional perspective image is obtained by detecting the two-dimensional X-ray transmission data from one direction of the specimen by the two-dimensional X-ray detection part 2 and the tomographic image is obtained by rotating a turntable 3 while irradiating the specimen M with X-rays to collect X-ray transmission data from the peripheral direction of the specimen M by the two-dimensional X-ray detection part 2 and using the X-ray transmission data to reconstitute a tomographic image with designated tomographic width by a tomographic image reconstitution part 14. A calculation part 13 of the tomographic region on the perspective image calculates where the region in the tomographic width direction of the tomographic image is present on the two-dimensional perspective image and an image processing part 15 superposes the calculated tomographic region of the tomographic image on the two-dimensional perspective image on the two-dimensional perspective image to display the same on an image monitor 18.</p> |
