Method of improving organoleptic properties of meat of uncastrated males of domestic animals

Uncastrated males of cattle, sheep and pig containing androgenic and non-androgenic steroids enabling development of the animal male physiognomy are subjected to fattening. Prior or during fattening, anti-LHRH vaccine for inducing primary immune response of low intensity and without significant or even measurable activity on gonadal steroidal secretion is administered to the animals in order to enable development of their male physiognomy, whereupon the anti-LHRH vaccine for inducing anti-LHRH immuno-neutralization for cancellation of the androgenic and non-androgenic steroid activity is administered to animals just prior slaughter.
