In order to produce a cost-efficient process for the production of fibre-reinforced components with incompletely unwindable geometry, the unwindable part of the plastic component 1 is prefabricated in an automated manner as a prepreg semi-finished product 2, the non-unwindable part of the plastic component 1 is prefabricated as a "dry" textile semi-finished product 3, the textile semi-finished product 3 is covered with a resin film 4 and placed together with the prepreg semi-finished product 2 in the flexible vacuum hood 7 of a curing device 5, and the curing device 5 is evacuated and subjected to temperature and pressure treatment in an autoclave to bond the assembly together. The resin film 4 may be arranged at different positions but locating between a profile tool 6, which supports product 3, and product 3 would be unsuitable. |
