PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated film not only good in oxygen barrier properties but also excellent in antistatic properties at a high humidity. SOLUTION: A laminated film is obtained by laminating a thermoplastic resin film to a polymeric gas barrier layer composed of either one of a mixture of a partially hydrolyzed polycondensate of at least one alkoxide selected from metal alkoxide and silicon alkoxide and a water soluble polymer, a reaction product of the partially hydrolyzed polycondensate and the water soluble polymer and a mixture or the partially hydrolyzed polycondensate, the water soluble polymer and the reaction product and the surface resistivity logΩof at least one surface of the laminated film is 11 or less.
