PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in cold curability and storage stability, and useful as a coating material, an adhesive, or the like, by including a resin component containing oxirane ring and thiirane ring in a specific ratio, and a ketimine compound. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) a resin component which is pref. a resin of formula I, or the like, (at least one of Ys is a thiirane ring, and the other Ys are each an oxirane ring) and the equivalent ratio of the oxirane ring to the thiirane ring is (95:5) to (0:100) and (B) a ketimine compound which is pref. a compound of formula II, or the like. The component B is included so that the equivalent ratio of the imino group in the component B to the oxirane ring plus the thiirane ring in the component A is pref. 0.3 to 1.5.
