PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush for mascara which deals with classified disposal problems and is safely usable even by person having a metal allergy. SOLUTION: The brush for mascara formed by putting bristles 2 between two folded wires 3, twisting and tightening the wires 3 to form a shaft core 1 and fixing the bristles 2 to the shaft core 1 is formed with the shaft core 1 by using monofilaments imparted with plastic deformability for the wires 3. As a result, the brush is capable of dealing with classified disposal as a plastic material.
