PURPOSE: A rotary vibrating actuator is provided to obtain driving force by a compact structure of transmitting the rotation of a rotor to an output shaft via a slider and a drive shaft when a rotor rotated by the operation fluid flowing into a cylinder of a housing assembly. CONSTITUTION: A fluid of high pressure flows into many operation chambers(224) in a housing. With inflow of the fluid, rotary pistons(232a-232d) placed between two stator(225a-225d) move. According to the rotation of the rotary pistons, a rotor(230) rotates and an output shaft(271) is rotated via a slider(280) and a drive shaft(274). Thereby, devices connected with the output shaft are driven.
