PURPOSE: The vibrator attached to a cellular phone is provided to prevent the noise caused by the cellular phone, to reduce the inconvenience in carrying the cellular phone, and to enable a user to easily recognize the reception of incoming signal, by allowing the user to wear the device having a vibration function like an accessory, and to put it in user's pocket. CONSTITUTION: A filter(210) passes a necessary signal of the radio signals received via antenna, and outputs the filtered radio signal to a reception part(211). In response to the radio signal applied from the reception part(211), a controller(212) lets a motor vibration part(213) and a lamp output part(214) display the state of the signal reception. The vibrator attached to the cellular phone is operated simultaneously with cellular phone in response to reception of the same frequency that is received by the cellular phone.
