The information display stand (10) has a free-standing vertical wall element (11) which can be positioned in any required location, via a support foot (12) at its base, provided with a desk surface (13) at a required working height beneath a presentation surface (14) and an integrated telephone powered by a solar- or photocell (15) mounted at the top end of the wall element, also used for current supply of an illumination device (16) for the presentation surface.
