PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permanently preserve articles left by the deceased, of reminiscences for a bereaved family in a specified place by making a container for articles left by the deceased, burying the same in the earth, and placing a gravestone thereon. SOLUTION: First of all, a container for articles left by the deceased and a family gravestone are prepared, the container for articles left by the deceased is buried in the earth, and the family gravestone is placed on a closed part 3 of the container excluding a covering part 1 formed on an upper part of the container. The container can be manufactured on the site, but preferably manufactured in a factory in advance so that a size, a depth and the shape of the container can be variably determined, further the container can be inexpensively manufactured, and the covering part of the container is arbitrarily formed on a position corresponding to a front part, a rear part or a side part of the gravestone so far as it has an opening for storage. Thereby the capacity for the articles left by the deceased, which a bereaved family wants to store for the deceased, can be increased.
