PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a liquid crystal display panel housed in a case to be relatively easily taken out at the time of, for example, repair, of a liquid crystal display module. SOLUTION: The left side part of a lower case 1 made of a resin is provided with an elastically deformable hook part 4. In the state of housing a liquid crystal display panel 21 in the lower case 1, the left side part of the liquid crystal display panel 21 is substantially closely engaged with the inner side of the hook part 4 and the rear surface on the left side part side of the liquid crystal display panel 21 is placed on a spacer 33 and the rear surface on the right side part side of the liquid crystal display panel 21 is stuck atop a double coated adhesive tape 31. To take the liquid crystal display panel 21 out of the lower case 1, a user disengages the left side part of the liquid crystal display panel 21 from the hook part 4 by elastically deforming the hook part 4 after removing the upper case 11. The user is then able to lift the left side part side of the liquid crystal display panel 21 by means of a jig, etc., for take-out, etc.
