PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive low dusting wiper made from short fibers nonwoven fabric and produces an extremely small quantity of lints from cut edges. SOLUTION: A square nonwoven fabric wiper made from short fibers and having a foldable structure, cut edges A, B, C and D of the nonwoven fabric appear only at one side of the wiper, the wiper is dusted by a JIS B9923 tumbling method, the number of 1 to 0.5μm fine particles produced as measured with a particle counter, is 1,000 or less and the number of 0.5μm or larger fine particles is 1,500 or less.
