PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a body from sliding rearwards naturally when a dump frame is tilted greatly more than a prescribed angle. SOLUTION: An arm 11 is restricted from being turned with a fixed angle or more toward one direction by a turn control member 14 until a dump frame 3 is tilted from a stored condition to a prescribed angle, so as to release engagement between a rod 12 on the dump frame 3 side and an engaging member 15 on the body 5 side. When a tilt angle of the dump frame 3 exceeds the prescribed angle, the arm 11 is turned with the fixed angle or more by a spring 13 to engage the rod 12 with the engaging member 15, and a vehicle is prevented thereby from sliding naturally rearwards.
