PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coming off of an electric wire from a sealing material by inserting the electric wire into an electric wire inserting groove of the sealing material made of a thermoplastic material molded in almost a comb teeth- shaped slender block shape, fixing a sealing material pressing jig to the sealing material, setting the jig to a positioning jig standing on an assembly working bench, and positioning the electric wire in the specified position. SOLUTION: A pressing jig 11 is fixed to each sealing material, the pressing jig 11 with the sealing material held is moved to the position of a positioning jig set to the specified position of a lower part of an electric wire group W on a wire harness assembly working bench 28, the pressing jig 11 is faced downward, and inserted into the positioning jig from the upper part for setting. One holding plate 12 of the pressing jig 11 is inserted into a gap 25 between round rod partitioning materials 24, and a holding plate 13 is inserted into an adjacent gap 25. The holding plates 12, 13 of the pressing jig 11 are placed on either one side of side plates 22, 23 of the positioning jig, and inserted until the tip reaches a bottom plate. |
