PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit monitoring for a long period in spite of day and night or without being affected by weather or the like by constituting a container into two chambers as a compressed air chamber and a housing chamber for an alarm means and a partition wall destroying means with a partition wall composed of a destroyable material. SOLUTION: A main body 6 of container is constituted into two layers of a compressed air chamber 7 and a housing chamber 15 by a partition wall 8 and the partition wall 8 is composed of the destroyable material by a projection 11 for partition wall destruction as a sharp member. A flute structure part 9 and a pressing recognizing operation cone 10 are housed in the housing chamber 15 and the compressed air chamber 7 is filled with compressed air or compressed gas within the safety allowance of the container from a pressure valve 14. For example, when an invader steps on a rubber pad 12 of the pressure detection type sensor buried under the ground, the projection 11 for partition wall destruction is moved down by this pressure, the partition wall 8 is broken, the compressed air or compressed gas in the compressed air chamber 7 flows to the side of the housing chamber 15 and further flows to the flute structure part (voice uttering part) '9' and sound is generated in the case of passing through the flute structure part 9.
