PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a corrugated steel plate and a method for using the same are provided to realize complete automatic manufacturing process, and to form a complete curvature. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a corrugated steel plate includes a flat steel plate feeding device(200) feeding a flat steel plate(100); a device for forming corrugation and hole(300) connected with the flat steel plate for forming equal corrugation and a hole for coupling a bolt on the steel plate; a horizontal feeding device(400) connected with the device for forming corrugation and hole for converting the transfer direction of the steel plate; a delivery device(600) connected with the horizontal feeding device for delivering the steel plate; and a bending device(700) installed in the horizontal feeding device parallel with the delivery device for forming a single curvature over the whole steel plate.
