PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle an organic solvent-heating device without excessively paying attention for preventing damage on assembly and operation, and at the same time to eliminate large-scale facilities for safety measures when an organic solvent leaks. SOLUTION: The organic solvent-heating device has structure where an internal pipe 11 made of quartz glass is built into case 12 made of stainless steel. In the inside of the case 12, an impact absorber 125 is inserted between the internal pipe 11 and the case 12 in a buried groove 124, and an O ring 126 is inserted between the internal pipe 11 and an O ring fixing fitment 131 at the side of a penetration port 123. The O ring 126 functions as a seal member between the case 12 made of the stainless steel and the internal pipe 11 made of the quarts glass.
