PURPOSE: A container opener is provided to simply seal and divide a container by a one-touch operation without additional power or an additional sensor. CONSTITUTION: On inserting a fixing bar(13) into a through hole, a band assembly(10) is shrunk. Then, a wire(15) is inserted into a wire through hole. The fixing bar is tightly fixed to the through hole of a fixing plate(12). A nut(14a) of a turnbuckle(14) is rotated to the left to shorten a band body(11). The lower circumference of a cover(30) is inserted into an inserting groove(20a) with the band assembly to cover a cylindrical container(20). To open the container, an operator simply draws the wire.
