PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray radiographing device improved in safety by preventing an X-ray tube or two-dimensional X-ray detector from hitting an operator or assistant during rotation. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an annular holder 12 arranged so that the diameter thereof can be perpendicular to the surface of a floor, an annular rotator 13 held so as to be rotated along with the inner peripheral surface of the holder 12, an X-ray source 14 and a flat panel type X-ray detector 15 respectively arranged at positions confronted in the diameter direction on the inner peripheral surface of the rotator 13. By rotating the rotator 13, the X-ray image data of a patient positioned within a space inside the rotator in all peripheral directions can be acquired. |
