SOLUTION: An electric connector system is composed of a header having a plurality of pins 15, 17 in row and a socket connector 57 having grounding receptacle contacts 55, 57 contacting with the non-mating joining surface of at least one of the pins and a signal receptacle contact 55 contacting with other one 15 of the pins.
