PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent entry of waver in a blower motor by shutting off water that enters inside along a fan supporting body. SOLUTION: An annular rib 10 that protrudes to a blower motor 2 side is formed on a back surface of a fan supporting body. This rib 10 is provided at outside with respect to a boundary portion S that divides a rotating body 9 and a housing 7, and is adhered to the back surface of the fan supporting body 5. Entering of water that was drawn into inside due to pressure difference between outside and inside is prevented by the rib 10. Therefore, water entering into the blower motor 2 can be prevented.
