PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To horizontally hold an article storage stand when it is lifted, so as to prevent the storage stand from tilting, by mounting a guide pulley in a lower/upper side surface of a plurality of poles, placing the guide pulley in a steel material columnar frame of a plurality of front pillars in each storage unit partition, and supporting the article storage stand by a plurality of parts in a vertical direction. SOLUTION: Upper guide pulleys 25, 35 are additionally provided in upper side surfaces of two poles 23, 33 to a side of a structure 1 on an article storage stand 5, so as to be moved while rotating vertically in a frame of front pillars 11, 21. The article storage stand 5, when it is in up/down action, can always hold a horizontal degree with both sides of the article storage stand 5 or lower guide pulleys 14, 24 additionally provided in lower side surfaces of the poles 23, 33, so as to prevent the article storage stand 5 from tilting in the case of loading an article in the article storage base 5 in/out carried relating to the structure 1. In this way, a waiting time loss and a stored article dropping down hazard can be prevented in a carrying-in-and-out process of the article by eliminating necessity for a strong structure and a complicated equipment.
